UTILITY TRANSFERS

We will move the seller's/transferee's utilities into our name at your request, once the home is vacant.

If winterization or de-winterization of the property is required, we will handle this at your request, once the home is vacant.

If snow removal or lawn care is required, we will handle this at your request, once the home is vacant.

Our computer system is equipped to generate monthly reimbursement statements for our expenses incurred with respect to the property maintenance. However, if you have a preferred form, we could easily incorporate this permanently into our system with your approval.

DEPARTURE LOCATION SERVICES

Professional Marketing Assistance to transferring employee in selling/closing the home. Assistance in selling their home in the least amount of time at highest possible price. Reduce relocation stress by dedicating a single point of contact for the transferee. Reduce relocation expenses by eliminating double mortgage. Provide insight to new hire candidates, transferring employees and employees buying up or down with the area.

Assist the employee in objectively understanding what questions to ask, documentation needed and who can best fulfill his/her needs. Lease break assistance by reviewing, negotiating, recommending steps to secure best terms and providing assistance in negotiating future lease to ease lease break needs. Spouse assistance to ease the burden of the trailing spouse. School assistance; test scores, school size, class size, teacher standards, facilities, ratios.

We are dedicated to saving your corporation money as we are keeping your valued employees happy and productive during a transfer so that they won't have a negative impact on your normal operating procedures.

We assign an experienced Relocation Director to each corporate client who acts as a single point of contact for both the corporate client and the transferring employee. The Director administers every aspect of the relocation program.

REFERRAL FEE

We agree to cooperate fully with payment of the agreed-upon referral fee between RE/MAX Showcase and its relocation client.

Our Relocation Department will process your referral payment in a timely manner and forward to you immediately following the closing, along with a settlement statement on the transaction, for your records.

Please assure that you have given us the proper mailing directions prior to closing for our records, including your Corporate Tax Identification Number. Once we receive this information, it will permanently be saved in our database for future transactions with your company.

REQUIRED FORMS

In an effort to handle all transactions as smoothly as possible, we would like to have a list of the exact Contract Addendums or other forms you will require on all files.

With your permission, any status forms you require for updates to you, we would like to re-type them into our computer system exactly as you have created them, so they automatically generate for ease and efficiency.

So we can always adhere to your requirements, please indicate the exact process as to who will sign originally on the Listing Agreement and Sales Contract.
